The Board
of Directors of the Northland JC foundation is comprised of ten members. The Board of Directors selects, from its members,
a president and secretary and treasurer. The terms for elected offices is one year. Elections are held at the annual corporation
meeting in January of each year. The current President of the Greater Northland Junior Chamber of commerce serves as ex-official
member of the board.
