For 12 years
the Northland JC Foundation has received its operating capital, primarily, from the proceeds of the annual St. Pat's
Snake Chase Benefit 5K Race, and contributions from individuals and members of the corporate and business community. Due to
some unforseen circumstances we are unable to host the Snake Chase event this year.
We will be doing a direct mail
solicitation to local businesses, community leaders and residents in the greater northland area asking for financial help
in order to be able to fund this year's student scholarship and teacher fellowship grant.
We are asking contributors
to donate $100. We know that some will be able to contribute more but if $100 is not in the budget $50 or $25 will help
us meet our goals of being able to provide a $1000. scholarship and to each of the six high schools in the NKC and Park Hill
school districts.
